Am I a good candidate for a rhinoplasty? Always wanted a smaller nose with non-bulbous tip and improved bridge.

I posted a question before regarding reshaping my chin and one of the surgeons pointed out that rhinoplasty might help me more. Could you please give me ideas of what I should ask for during the appointment? Actually, I always wanted a smaller nose with non-bulbous tip and improved bridge, however, I'm afraid my skin is too thick for drastic results. :)

Yes its certainly possible to do a range of manoeuvres to improve the shape of your nose, increase tip definition and make it smaller. Have a consultation with a few full accredited Plastic Surgeons to gain more insight and come to a decision.

Based on photos- you appear to be a good candidate for Reduction rhinoplasty- performed through closed technique ( no scar across columella). Keep in mind Rhinoplasty is a very challenging procedure and must be performed by a very experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon with a wide gallery of before and after photos to demonstrate the style of Surgeon's work. In the right hands you can expect a smaller nose that fits great with the rest of your features.

You are a very suitable candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. As far as I can see from your photographs, you have hump, long projection ( long alar base and nose tip distance at the side wiev)  noticeable wideness the tip (Bulbosity) and remarkable interdomal distance ( Bifidation). It is possible to correct all of these problems in a way that will please you with closed preservation rhinoplasty ( Let-Down) surgery.
