2nd opinion request: Is this lump normal? It has not changed. (Photos)

I had my rhino done on 11th of August 20. I'm just over 3 months PO. My surgeon isn't worried & says it will go down, I've used 2 bottle of Flixonase steroid spray and it isn't budging. It doesn't cause pain, but see attached the photos I think its really creating this lump on my right hand side which is really getting me down about my results. Will this ever go down? Will I need a revision to fix it? What is it I can't find any information online. I still massage 2x daily. Thanks in advance.
