Dr. Aynehchi helped me get rid of my biggest insecurity (my nose) and I'm still so, so grateful for him. 5 years later I am still so happy!!! He listened to all my requests on how I wanted my nose to look and helped me take advantage of insurance since I also had a deviated septum. My nose pointed slightly to the left with a bump and the tip would droop when I smiled. I photoshopped it exactly how I wanted and showed it to him. I remember on the day of my operation he made me feel so safe. We had to change the date or start late (don't remember which it was) and he even apologized for the delay and gave me a discount to make up for it. My nose recovered so quickly after and he was always available via phone and email for my questions. Afterwards I felt like a new person. Most importantly, my nose looked SO natural and he preserved a bit of a bump which is exactly what I wanted. About half a year-one year later I came back for a check up and since my nose was even slightly uneven on one side he added filler for free and made it look absolutely perfect. The filler is still holding years later. I couldn't be happier, best decision of my life choosing him!!!
I was beaten almost to death a few weeks before my 18th birthday. I was tripped and a young man sat on my groin and punched me in the nose and eyes and teeth deliberately out of jealousy for about 30 minutes straight. I suffered a deviated septum concussions. Finally at the age of 34 after many years of college and sacrifice I could afford the surgery. I chose Dr Behrad Ayenechi because he is a good surgeon. He is known for his cute yet natural looking results. I am now 10 days post surgery and I am finally healed from the injuries I had. I can breathe very good through my nose. Prior to the rhinoplasty I could not breathe just through my nose as I choked. Now i can just a week ish post surgery. My nose is better than I ever thought it would be. I highly recommend this dr to anyone who wants to fix their nose, especially for a broken nose.
This review is so overdue! I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Aynehchi. From first meeting, it was clear that he was not like other surgeons. He didn't push anything on me, he listened to every single thing I said, answered every question with thought and thoroughness, and was most of all, so kind and honest. I want to stress how scary any surgery, especially something elective and cosmetic can be. There is a huge emotional toll that comes after any physical changes to your body. My surgery was no exception. Dr. Aynehchi really stuck by me, saw me countless times, and continued to support me long after most doctors would have during my recovery. My results are natural and beautiful, and speak for themselves, but my biggest takeaway from this experience was that you need a doctor that you can truly trust. I'm so thankful for Dr. Aynehchi for all that he has done for me.
I recently underwent septoplasty and rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Aynehchi and feel the overwhelming need to share my positive experience. My case was particularly complex, stemming from a nasal fracture and deviated septum that had plagued me for three decades. Dr. Aynehchi not only met but exceeded my expectations, delivering a transformation that was both dramatic and surprisingly subtle, restoring my nose to what would have been my pre-injury glory, but even better! Right from the start, Dr. Aynehchi stood out from the typical plastic surgery scene. In fact, the practice he has built is the antithesis of what I have experienced when entering plastic surgeons’ offices. There is no glitz and glam or aggressive sales pitches – his approach is all about genuinely helping his patients. His humility, empathy, and modest demeanor made it particularly easy for me to talk and trust him completely. Now, let’s talk about the good stuff - The RESULTS: Dr. Aynehchi pulled off the impossible trifecta. He was able to restore my breathing, brought back my ravishing, good looks by expertly smoothing out the bumps and kinks in my nose, all while balancing a masculine look and, paradoxically, giving me a ‘softer’ look. The results are truly mind-blowing and precisely what I was looking for! Achieving this on the first go is perfection personified. Another point worth mentioning (if you’re still reading this far along!) is what differentiates Dr. Aynehchi from other plastic surgeons—his unwavering commitment to integrity. No silly sales gimmicks here – Dr. Aynehchi focuses on precisely what you desire and delivers it without compromise. His approach is refreshingly genuine, and his authenticity shines through in every aspect of his practice. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Aynehchi for not only fixing my nose but also for the unmatched care and expertise he has provided. Thanks to him, I can finally breathe properly after 30 years, and the change in my appearance is nothing short of remarkable (I really, really mean this). Dr. Aynehchi is undeniably a game-changer in the plastics and ENT world – a rare find who combines master-level skill with humility, empathy, and rock-solid integrity. If you’re after a surgeon who puts your well-being first and delivers precise results, Dr. Aynehchi is your guy. You won’t regret it.
I went to get Dr. Aynechchi to see what my options were regarding my sinuses always swelling up to the point I couldn't breath through my nose. He was very thorough and provided detailed information about my options and what to expect in getting both a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. The procedure was went smoothly and healing is going great. Aside from the expected tenderness, I haven't had any pain or complications. I'm breathing and sleeping so much better. Dr. Aynechchi is highly skilled and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Aynehchi did an amazing job with my nose, inside and out! He transformed my appearance into the softer look I have wanted almost my whole life AND fixed my chronic breathing problems! I wish I would have been introduced to him years ago! He is extremely professional, experienced, confident, and at the same time super personable and caring. He truly listened to my desire for a subtle, natural outcome that didn't drastically change my entire look and make me somebody I wasn't. Dr. Aynehchi and his team made my whole experience prompt and seamless and even worked with my health insurance issues. I am super thankful to all of them! I will be forever thankful to Dr. Aynehchi for giving me confidence that transcends more than just my appearance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Aynehchi to anyone wanting this procedure done! ~Debora
Dr Aynehchi is amazing! Couldn’t ask for a more communicative, compassionate and responsive doctor! He takes great care, is artful and after our consultations I was confident that I would have beautiful, natural results. He listened, offered options, and set realistic expectations. I liked that he and his staff took time to explain and were truly kind. The results were even better than I expected, and I healed more quickly than anticipated. I was surprised that the actual procedure was as seamless as it was. Thank you so much doctor and team; very thankful for all of your help!!!
For the past 16 years of my life, I have absolutely hated my nose. At some point in my teenage years, I sustained a couple of facial injuries while playing soccer and wearing prescription glasses. This led to a very pronounced dorsal hump, which drained just about every ounce of confidence that I had growing up. I'd practice the best way to angle my face for photos to avoid a poorly cast nose shadow, tilt my head to the side when walking by people on the street so they wouldn't notice the large lump on my face; I'd gone so far as to not even dress up as a witch for Halloween, in fear that someone might point out the fact that my nose was perfect for the role. After getting engaged last fall, I decided that I wanted to feel as beautiful as possible on my wedding day, but that was never going to happen without rhinoplasty. It sounds so incredibly vain, but I couldn't fathom looking back at my wedding photos and hating them or feeling insecure about walking down the aisle just because of my nose. Looking for a plastic surgeon was a bit overwhelming, especially being so close to Beverly Hills, so I researched doctors quite a bit before I found Dr. Aynehchi - and let me tell you, all those glowing reviews are 100% accurate. I was nervous going into my first appointment, as I didn't know what to expect, but those nerves quickly subsided when Dr. Aynehchi walked in and we started going over my concerns and expectations. His bedside manner is excellent, I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient to him; he took the time to listen to my input all the way from the edited photo to the surgery room. I didn't know what to expect with the healing process, given the extensive amount of work that was done, but I can honestly say that it was a breeze. The first few days are (tolerably) uncomfortable, but by day 4 I felt completely normal. I had very minimal swelling the first couple of mornings, and hardly any bruising. After a week, the nerves came back when it was time for cast removal, as I expected a swollen potato to pop out from underneath the cast; however, it was everything I could have hoped for. Yes, there was and still is a little bit of swelling, but from that moment I no longer hated my nose. In fact, it is everything that I asked for - very natural, no ski slope or upturned nostrils, fits my face perfectly - just a nice, straight nose, that I can officially say that I love. Although Dr. Aynehchi is charging a lot less than local plastic surgeons, that does not say anything about his work. He is incredibly professional, and it is clear that he cares about the work he is doing. If you are considering having work done by Dr. Aynehchi, but are having a hard time making up your mind, this is your sign to do it. You will absolutely not be disappointed.
Dr Aynehchi is the best doctor I have ever seen. He and his team properly changed my life. After a botched job with another doctor from a mini facelift, I had major jowels, pixie ears, significant scarring, and it affected every aspect of my life. I wore a hat for a year and a half. Hiding was exhausting. I saw countless other doctors in the LA area who had exorbitant fees, poor follow-up and I really did not feel like they cared about me as a person. Dr. Aynehchi spent significantly more time than he had anticipated during my procedure. His assistant Kevin is also amazing. I felt taken care of and comfortable the entire time. I have a completely new face, am taking on the world again, and am no longer hiding. The results are flawless. I didn't even think it was possible. I compare him to an artist. I'm so grateful that I found him. He was referred by a friends' mother who also raved about her results. He was always available throughout the healing and thoroughly walked me through what to expect. While these kinds of things can be stressful, I felt safe the entire time. Dr. Aynehchi has a gentle and calming manner and I truly feel as though he does this because he truly cares. I am grateful and happy beyond words and cannot thank him enough!
My deviated septum gave me chronic sinus infections. When it was recommended that I consider a septoplasty, I spent years putting it off because I had never had surgery before and was nervous to go under the knife. After a lot of research, I decided to go through with the procedure with Dr. Aynehchi, and I'm so glad I did. He is such a pro, so kind, and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I ended up asking for some cosmetic fixes while he was at it (rhinoplasty and a small chin implant, which he smartly suggested to help balance out my profile). I was very clear that I wanted the cosmetic changes to be subtle because I liked having a strong nose and wanted to still look like me. All I can say is, he's an absolute magician. People who've known me my whole life can't tell I had any work done, but I feel 100x more confident. I look just like myself but a bit more symmetrical. And it's only been a couple of months, but no sinus problems so far! As one other reviewer noted, his prices are affordable and clear upfront and there wasn't a long wait for visits or the surgery. In general, he and his staff have a very down-to-earth vibe, putting the work and their patients first. None of that Beverly Hills celebrity doctor nonsense. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Dr. Aynehchi!
Thank you for taking the time to share your question and photos. The best option for you is to find a surgeon that is board certified in both facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology in order to properly address your aesthetic and possibly functional needs. The enhancement you are looking for can potentially be addressed with a closed scarless rhinoplasty. The nose would most likely need to be set back closer to the face, the bridge hump straightened, and the tip lifted. Additionally a chin augmentation would help with facial balance as well. In the hands of a properly experienced surgeon, this technique is beneficial because of the avoidance of a scar on the outside of the nose, much more rapid and comfortable recovery compared to an ‘open’ rhinoplasty, and less disruption of the nasal tissues. Additionally, if you have nasal breathing issues, you may be able to use your health insurance to offset a significant portion of the cost. Good luck! Behrad Brad Aynehchi, MD
