30% of Oxygen Coming In/Out. Will BCBS PPO insurance cover this?

My nose was broken once and fixed when i was younger, and I broke it again playing basketball. I have had a lot of breathing problems. I can use a CPAP machine because i only have 30% of oxygen coming in/out. Will my BCBS PPO insurance cover this?
