Most surgeons would prescribe antibiotics during and after a breast augmentation and minocycline should be fine. Make sure your doctor knows what you are taking.
Taking minocycline during, and/or after breast augmentation should not be a problem. It may not be necessary, as your surgeon may give you antibiotics to take as well, which could substitute for the minocyline. Taking both could increase the risk of a yeast infection, so Talk to your surgeon.
