Shoulder Pain/can't Move my Arm After Breast Augmentation?

I am 4 weeks post op. On my right shoulder, I started experiencing shoulder after first week. Where the pectoral muscles meets my shoulder/neck, it is extremely sore and has a sharp pain whenever I lift my arm. When I wake up every morning, my shoulder has so much pressure that I need help getting up and out of bed. My right breast is higher than my left. I've been taking Vicodin for the past 3 weeks just to endure the pain. When will this pain go away?

I agree that a 475 cc implant would not appear natural.  It will look quite fake.  Additionally, saline does look more like a coconut shell than silicone gel.  If you are interested in a somewhat natural look, I would consider a significantly smaller implant and preferably a gel...

Breast Implant Sizing for Augmentation and Enlargement - It depends on your chest size, pregnancies, weight gain and/or loss. If you want to be larger, wait at least one year for the tissues to stretch and then replace the implants.

The question is unclear but if it is asking if the caffeine in so that can contribute to breast pain the answer is that any effect would be minimal. Nevertheless it's an easy thing to give a carbonated beverages with caffeine.
