Your pain associated with your augmentation should be resolved by four weeks.  This needs evaluation.  Please see your plastic surgeon to identify or workup what might be going on.  Feel better soon

Usually by four weeks, most breast and chest pain is getting better.  If your implant is still a little high on the right, it may be causing some nerve irritation that is causing this pain.  I recommend you return to your surgeon to see if you might benefit from a breast strap at night to help lower this implant into position and take some pressure off your upper chest.

I agree with my colleagues that this does not sound like normal post-operative pain. You should see your plastic surgeon who can evaluate it for you. Good luck to you.
