Dean Fardo has assisted me with a couple of procedures. Most recently a breast reduction that far exceeded my expectations. I'm thrilled with the results. I feel better then I have in over 20 years. Dr. Fardo is engaging, honest, great communicator, sets realistic expectations. He's simply the best!

Before: I was barley an A cup. So I'm guessing.. a negative A or AA is what they call it? Either way, I always had room for more boob in my bra. I was always apart of the IBTC and my breast lacked shape and volume.

I received a breast aug on April 9th, 2021. I got 475cc, i'm 5'10 & 180lbs. I am super satisfied with the outcome and I cannot wait to see the final result! Dr. Fardo and his team are all amazing, great hospitality, friendly, and make you feel great about your procedure!

Hello friends! I'm currently 2 days post-op & I thought I'd document my journey throughout its entire course bc I found other women's reviews to be extremely helpful when I was preparing for my procedure! The pictures attached to this post are my before pictures. I'll continue adding more & along my healing process :)

Just as the title says... I’m officially 4 days post-op! I finally took my first REAL shower since pre-surgery... “real” as in not with wet wipes lol! This is the fist time I’ve seen them without the surgical bra and I can’t believe how in love with them I am already!! I feel like they fit my frame perfectly. My post-op appointment is tomorrow, so Dr.Fardo will teach me all the massage techniques etc to help these puppies drop! I have no pain at all and I haven’t taken pain meds for the past couple days. It’s been smoooooth sailing

Can't believe it's already been 4 weeks since I received a breast augmentation with Dr.Fardo at the Swan Center! To say I'm in LOVE with how my breasts look is an understatement! Before surgery I was a 36A, and now I believe I'm between a C/D cup. I've yet to get professionally measured since my breasts are still settling and look a bit different each week, but that's my guess! They are slowly starting to feel squishier & look more natural. I've been doing massages 3 times a day, 1 min for each boob! It's been a blast seeing how different my clothes look now that I can fill out the top. My body looks much more proportional & aesthetically pleasing, esp considering my legs/booty are a bit thicker. Thank you Dr.Fardo for the most epic confidence boost of all time!!

To say I’m obsessed is an understatement

Dr. Fardo is amazing. I came all the way from Florida to receive a breast augmentation. He is extremely efficient, consistent, informative, and gives a range of options. The staffing from the nurses to front desk are amazing! They’re caring informative and helpful. I will say if you want top quality results and customer service it is well worth the price.

I said I was going to wait months before I do a review but I am so excited about my results that I can't hold it in. The team at Swan Plastic center exceeded my expectations. Dr Fardo was the most calm, collected, informative, patient, gentle, and experienced surgeon I have ever met. He answered all my questions and took his time to explain everything to me. My husband was very apprehensive but when he sat down with Dr Fardo on surgery day, he was convinced that everything will be okay. My results have been good so far, I have had no complications til date. The anesthesiologist told me she had OCD and i was sold. I'm in the medical field so I understand the importance of being OCD especially when peoples lives are in your hands. Thanks to Swan Plastic Center I now have the body I work so hard to achieve.

Woke up this morning with minimal swelling. Recovery has been going well. I can now wear a lesser size Faja. I had so much anxiety before this surgery but i honestly feel like picking the right doctor is key. Dr. Fardo has been very good at following up with me and making sure I'm satisfied.

I am 40 years old and decided that I wanted to fill out my breasts after 2 kids. I alway had large, full breasts but they didn’t bounce back after my second child (who is 3 1/2). Stats-5’1”, 125 lbs, 34 C although probably would size smaller.
I went on two consultations and decided to book my surgery with Dr Fardo at The Swan Center in June 2019. I thought for sure I would need a lift as well, but both consultations said it wasn’t necessary.
Dr Fardo was very kind and informative, definitely made me feel comfortable and agreed with what I was looking for-fill out my breasts without looking top-heavy. He was thinking between 300-325cc because I have a petite frame, but I also wanted to make sure I didn’t go too small. 350cc felt large during my consultation, but truly was probably the size I was prior to kids-if not larger. For the record, I husband thought I should have been in the high 400s of course ????.
The day of surgery I changed my range to 300-350, but trusted Dr Fardo and just asked that he go with what looks best to him when in surgery.
I will continue to provide updates, because these were so helpful to me when I was researching.

Dr Fardo printed my wish pictures and had them in the OR. Final product was 350cc Silicone smooth round moderate plus.
I was in pain after waking up from surgery, but felt much better once I was sitting up in the car. First day went fine, no real pain, just more uncomfortable mainly in my upper and middle back.
First night of sleeping didn’t go great only because I couldn’t get comfortable, but still not really any pain.

I’m guessing I will be in the beige sports bra at least until my next post-op in 5 days. I will say that after wearing it for 5 days straight, it does feel strange to take it off to shower. I was so nervous after having in off for 10 minutes, that I was a little shaken.
Sleeping so much better, just wake up feeling a little sore. Yesterday was my first day back to work and driving was the hardest part. Definitely more sore this morning after getting out and about yesterday.

Today I had a other follow-up appointment and get to move to a different style bra for the next 4 weeks. What a relief! It will be much easier to disguise this new bra under clothes.
Feeling pretty good. Started walking for exercise but still taking it easy. I will get the clear to step it up a bit at week 3.
Chest muscles are still a little sore, but nothing unmanageable.

Here we a few updated pictures. Start back HIIT workouts tomorrow, so I am eager to get back in shape since being out due to surgery. Implants are still a little high, so I’m hoping they drop a little more to fill out the bottom of my breast-bottom is still soft.

Dr. Fardo, his nurses & the staff were absolutely incredible. I literally could not say one negative thing.

After conducting months of research and meeting with 3 other plastic surgeons in the North Fulton area, I chose Dr. Fardo. I felt that he understood my goals and concerns the best and he made me feel so comfortable.

First off- I have an extremely low pain tolerance and I don’t handle blood/needles/pain well. On the day of my surgery, I literally passed out when the nurse stared my IV. I’m a HUGE baby but after the surgery, I was never in pain. The “worst pain” I felt was a couple of days post-op and it felt like I went a little too hard at the gym and my muscles were sore/tight. I only took pain meds for 2 days and I was able to go out to dinner with my friends the next day. Now, I’m a little over a month out and I feel almost 100%.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. Dr. Fardo, his nurses, & the Swan staff took such great care of me before, during, and after my surgery. Having a breast augmentation was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you Dr. Fardo & the Swan Center for giving me the boobies of my dreams!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Fardo and his staff. They were warm, caring and by my side every step of the way. I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to see what my true results would be. I'm 55 and had a full tummy tuck. My stomach is flat as a board and looks like it did in my 20's.
I couldn't be more thrilled!
Dr. Fardo is very professional and he truly cares about his patients. He wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your end result. I would go to him again if I needed another procedure!

You an your staff gave me extraordinary customer service an made me feel so comfortable with picking out my breast size. I feel amazing an I feel more of a women now, I am beyond happy with my results thanks to the swan center. I went from having no breast to a 34D. I would recommend him over an over again. I chug wait until the summer so I can show off my new boobies. I have so much confidence now in my breast that I didn’t he before an I can we clothes I couldn’t wear before.
