Does Sono Bello work? I am looking to work on my lateral thighs, hips, and maybe inner thighs.

The gold standard of lipo boday contouring still remains to be tumescent liposuction.  The rest just sound more novel and interesting but only increase cost and risks and no improvement in outcome based on research articles published in Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Laser liposuction is good for stubborn fat removal, but lacks skin tightening or body shaping. For these areas, I recommend a high definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. Thanks for your question and we always recommend that you have a consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to learn all of your best treatment options.  I always tell me patients to be wary of “chains” in the medical business – and you would do best going to learn more about traditional liposuction and laser liposuction at this point and time.

A large group, such as the one you mentioned will have a large number of doctors doing the procedure.  As with any practice, the most important factor determining your success is  the skill and experience of the surgeon.
Make sure  you ask to see the before/after photos of *that* particular surgeon.  Also make sure that the person doing your consultation will be the same one doing your procedure.  I cannot emphasize this enough.
These factors are much more important than any particular equipment the surgeon  chooses to employ.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. You are a great candidate for a liposuction.  Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with.
