In cases of contour deformities after liposuction, the typical approach would be to utilize tumescent solution in conjunction with power assisted liposuction canulas for equalization only, in other words breaking the subcutaneous adhesion without the liposuction will help improve the contour deformities of prior liposuction, in addition in more advanced cases laser skin tightening may be utilized as well for improvement of increased skin laxity.

I commonly see this problem when liposuction is "overdone" to the upper arm. It is one reason why I advocate for a conservative approach to the arms so that it will prevent more harm than good. To fix this, you will need either surgical or minimally invasive skin tightening and possible some fat transfer/equilibration to even out the dimples. If you are inclined to have muscular arms, I would suggest you have VASER high def arm liposuction. During VASER high def arm liposuction, the fat can be sculpted around the arms resulting in more visible deltoids, biceps and triceps. If you do not want to go this route and want to go more slender feminine arms, I would suggest you undergo a formal brachioplasty or arm reduction. Further arm liposuction may result in wrinkling skin and may actually make the arms appear worse than better. So therefore, I would suggest a brachioplasty. During the procedure an incision would be from underneath the arm towards the elbow. The amount of excess arm skin would determine the length of the scar.
