If you are inclined to have muscular arms, I would suggest you have VASER high def arm liposuction. During VASER high def arm liposuction, the fat can be sculpted around the arms resulting in more visible deltoids, biceps and triceps. If you do not want to go this route and want to go more slender feminine arms, I would suggest you undergo a formal brachioplasty or arm reduction. Further arm liposuction may result in wrinkling skin and may actually make the arms appear worse than better. So therefore, I would suggest a brachioplasty. During the procedure an incision would be from underneath the arm towards the elbow. The amount of excess arm skin would determine the length of the scar.
