The 'Celebrity Arms' procedure by Dr Su - is this available in the UK under a different name?

I've been impressed with the procedure &results by Dr Su, for better 360° sculpting. Under a layer of fat on my upper arms I can't seem to shift I am quite muscular. I'd just love to have the fat taken away so I can see the contours of my arms. I'm not looking for fat to be sculpted to look like muscle I have my own muscles! I'd love 360° arm lipo, not just the 'bingo wing area'. Is this procedure available in the UK under a different name perhaps? Any recommendations who to approach?
