This is difficult to fully assess without more information (weight loss history, current weight, age, etc.) and physical exam (is this excess skin or fat or both?). Basically, you have three good options: 1) do nothing, but your "issues" will not be solved. 2) VASER armpit and arm liposuction and 3) a formal arm reduction or brachiopalsty which includes arm liposuction. Some cal this an arm lift, but it is not an arm lift; it is an arm reduction. VASER armpit and arm liposuction takes about 2-3 hours under general anesthesia. Plan for a 1-2 week recovery. For a formal arm reduction, the procedure takes about 3-4 hours and includes arm liposuction. The formal brachioplasty is completed under general anesthesia. Plan for a 2-3 week recovery. With either VASER armpit and arm liposuction or a formal arm reduction, you will need compression garment for 6 weeks. I would not waste your money on Cool Sculpting or Kybella.
