What helps most with getting blood circulating after a BBL and does laying on a bed cot with a hole cut out for the butt help with more blood flow to the butt area?

Many patients fly into the country to have surgery.  As long as your surgeon is an expert at all of these procedures this may be reasonable.  The time between consultation and surgery can often be coordinated.
