Hello I want to do surgery in 3 weeks from now but I don't know if bbl can be done to reshape the dirty Dipear look into a heart shape booty. I want my butt nice and firm. The black and white picture is how I want my buttock to shape like the other picture is me

Thank you for your question and pictures.  A BBL will certainly improve the shape of your buttocks.  Typically I do Lipo 360, i.e. Lipo of the abdomen, waist and back in order to contour the midsection and improve the buttocks.
