Would it be possible to return the "c" curve through skin grafting? if not what are my options? I just want it look natural. Thank you so much doctors for your time. I really appreciate it. Sincerely Yours, Maribronze

Only one photos is not enough to examine, before that your face should be seen from different angles,
and before surgey how was your nose? the shape, the function and ıt needs to be known that when did you get operated?

What would be the best result and most appropriate procedure would depend an examination and discussion about desired outcome.  Naturally appearing results can be obtained with surgery.  It’s just too hard to tell what would be the best procedure for you from one picture?

Thanks for writing,There are a lot of things we don’t know. What did you look like before? How long ago was your surgery? What else was done to your nose? Was this your first nasal surgery? These are some of the things that need to be know before one can make a suggestion. The other issue is, we really need to see you full nose and face from multiple views.
