8 weeks post breast reduction still a little swollen? 34F to a 34D/DD.

Hi! I am about 8 weeks post reduction from a 34F to a 34D/dd. I was hoping to be at a c/d. Most of the swelling seems to be gone, but there are some parts that seem hard/tender. Are my breasts likely still swollen?

Thank you for your question which is very common. The only time I have seen this is when patients go through the menopause. Assuming that you have now reached that stage then regrowth of breast tissue will be highly unusual.
