I was due for a breast reduction/lift on December 19th, but the day before I was able to go in for surgery, the surgeon called saying that my hematocrit/hemoglobin was too low (35% and 8.0 or so, respectively). I am now scheduled for February 14th and have been taking two iron pills a day and 5 other multivitamins (Vitamin C, B-12, biotin, etc.) How long will it take for my hematocrit/hemoglobin to go to acceptable levels by my surgery date?

Usually these stitches resolve on their own. There are obviously pros and cons of surgically removing the stitch and you need to discuss this with your PS.
It is unusual for breasts to grow back after a breast reduction presuming you do not increase weight, do not have hormonal imbalance, have no med conditions and not on certain meds. Ask your PS about stopping the Femarelle.
