 It is impossible to give you an idea on final bra cup size without an exam. The results are usually dramatic regardless of your final bra cup size. All bras fit differently, so its impossible to give you any guarantee.

Suturing these wounds would likely lead to re-dehiscence.  Also it would change the breast shape for the worse.  It is best to allow these to reepithelialize.  Keeping them moist with an antibiotic ointment is the best wound care.
