About 6 wks ago I developed a thin vertical cord down the front of my neck in midline. It’s very pronounced when I tilt my head back, otherwise not so much. My surgeon says it’s scar tissue from a platysmaplasty performed 11 mos ago. He says it may go away, it may not. He’s reluctant to inject it w/ steroids. I also had FT to neck area 4 mos ago to fix hollowness left after too much lipo. My surgeon says cord and FT are not related. Have you seen this before? Any advice?
