Hello Kimberly, "crackling" is a unique complaint, one not heard very often, and simply requires a good physical exam to identify the cause. It doesn't sound like you're in too much distress. I suggest returning to your surgeon for an exam. Good luck.
Thanks for you question. Performing many neck lifts, this is an unusual issue and one I have not heard before. At 3 1/2 weeks post op, the soft tissue is well healed and most of the acute swelling has dissipated Likely it is just skeletal like when you turn your head and hear your neck crack. If anything looks or feels different i would recommend you visit with your surgeon.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 1-2 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
