I'm looking for recommendation on procedures to get ride of my excess neck/chin fat! I'm 34 and very active, so I don't think a few extra hours at the gym will help. Which procedure will help resolve my issue?

Double Chin Treatment -- SmartLipo, Botox, Venus LegacyI treat this everyday in my practice.  You do not need surgery.  Properly performed liposuction with laser and physical fat removal will do fantastic to remove the fat, lift the skin, and contour the jawline.  I pretreat everyone with Botox 1-2 weeks before surgery to relax the neck muscles, allowing for better retraction of the skin after surgery.  Then after treatment we do skin tightening with Venus Legacy to improve the results and decrease the neck swelling.  I suggest you only see an expert for treatment of this area as a meticulous surgeon is required to get great results and complications in this area can be devastating both medically and cosmetically. Hi and thanks for posting your quration and photo. Based on what I can see and your age you would be a great candidate for liposuction. In my practice I would also add Smartlipo which is laser lipolysis to help with additional fat melting and skin tightening. There are several options to improve this. The good news (surmised from these limited photos) is you seem to have a good skeletal foundation.  Your options include the use of a variety of minimally invasive devices such as RF and ultrasound based ( the good news is that they are relatively inexpensive, the bad news is that the results will be variable).  The options I would gravitate toward would either be to perform liposuction or liposuction combined with a limited or short-scar facelift. Based on your photos, I would say that liposuction under your chin should improve your problem.  At your age, I would say that the skin should be elastic enough to tighten after the procedure.

As long as the skin tone is acceptable, a neck lift can be performed. This involves removal of the fat above and below the platysma muscle along with a platysma plasty to give further definition to the jawline and neck area. Hi, from the attached photos there appears to excess fat and skin in the neck.  While the mid-face region is not fully visible, I get the impression that some jowls are also present.  In this scenario some form of a facelift with attention to the neck is indicated. As long as you don't have lax skin liposuction of your neck would improve your neck contour.  Without a true lateral photograph I can't be sure, but it looks like you may not have adequate chin projection. If you don't a chin implant would improve your neck and jawline.
