I inherited my mom's turkey neck. I'm a vegetarian and want nothing to do with turkey. Any suggestions? (photos)

I'm looking for recommendation on procedures to get ride of my excess neck/chin fat! I'm 34 and very active, so I don't think a few extra hours at the gym will help. Which procedure will help resolve my issue?
