Ridge after under eye filler, will it even out? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your concern about your recent treatment. You are likely experiencing swelling after your under-eye injections 4 days ago. This is extremely common with under eye treatments and can take up to two weeks to resolve. I recommend waiting a full two weeks and following up with your injector to assess your results. If the ridging has not resolved by then, your injector can administer an enzyme called hyaluronidase that will dissolve the filler causing the ridging. If you find the swelling worsens sooner than the two-week mark, I recommend contacting your injector sooner.

It's too soon. Swelling can be typical after tear trough injections. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

Hi anon.  It's very difficult to see the ridge from the photos posted, but it's possible that you still have some swelling on board.  The good news is that even if the ridge remains it is easily corrected with Hyaluronidase and your injector should be able to do that for you.  Best of luck.

You do not need to wait 2 weeks.  Contact your injector and have this dealt with.  It can be rolled and removed with direct manipulation through the skin if your injector knows what they are doing.

It is common for it to take a couple weeks for Restylane to settle and stop swelling under the eyes. If it persists after it has had time to improve on its own, it can be dissolved. However, I would suggest going back to your injector to have them evaluate it if you are concerned and/or if it persists. Hope this helps!
