Question

I got kybella twice the first time was 2 vials , then 5 weeks later I had another 2 vials 1 week ago , I wasn’t as swollen the second time but I don’t see a difference really ? Should I see a difference 1 week after my second treatment? I just wanted a stronger chin , I’m 37 and I have a nice jaw it was just a little fuller then when I was 20 . I went to a good med spa plastic surgeon . Should I see more results weeks to come ? Should I be patient? Ugh! Pics below before kybella .

Typically, patient don't experience as much swelling with subsequent treatments as they do with their first treatment of Kybella. It takes 6-8 weeks to see results after each Kybella treatment session.

Hello,
The view is not as clear to see under your chin area well. 
Generally speaking, Kybella is a good non-invasive treatment for Double Chin. It may be requiring more than one treatment. Depending on the amount of excess fat, you would see swelling for a month or two. then gradually subside when you go for second one. It can be expensive and yet results may not be satisfactory. 
We also have liposuction which is done under local anesthesia. results are immediately visible and downtime is only a couple of days. It is important to have a good understanding of the different modalities and then choose the right one.

Be patient. First, as the area improves there is less swelling with subsequent  treatments. It also takes 2 months to see your full correction.
