In patients less than 18 years of age there will need to be a good reason to perform the surgery and a parent will need to provide consent. Any lady who is physically mature, ie 14-15 years old, can have a hairline lowering procedure as long as they have parental or guardian consent if they are not legally old enough to sign the consent themselves.
