Hello I am about 16% body fat. I can kind of see my abs. I was wondering, if I used coolsculpting on my ab area, could it really "bring out" my ab muscles?

If you don't have that, you might want to try Vanquish or Sculpsure for that area. These do no require fat to be sucked into a handpiece. I know very slim people doing Vanquish to tone the ab fat. Z Wave will enhance the results if done after Vanquish as well.
