Could coolSculpting make my abs more visible?

Hello I am about 16% body fat. I can kind of see my abs. I was wondering, if I used coolsculpting on my ab area, could it really "bring out" my ab muscles?

Coolsculpting is a great non-surgical approach to body contouring with no recovery. Although it will reduce fat content in stubborn areas it is not generally used for sculpting that can be done with liposculpture. Think so coolsculpting as a way of reducing fat content in the areas that are a problem by 20 to 25% per session.

it is difficult to answer your question without examining you. You have to consult with preferably a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what is best treatment for you. A good candidate for Coolsculpting procedure is one with pinchable area as this has be placed in a applicator to have effective treatment. Results vary with each individual. Good luck.

For Cool Sculpting you have to have pinchable fat to reach in to the applicators for treatment. If there isn't enough tissue, the machine applicators won't even proceed to treatment. A photo would be helpful for me to best give you an opinion but an in person consultation with an experienced provider is essential. We have very slim and lean patients all the time but it all depends on the problem area assessment. Best of Luck

A good candidate for Coolsculpting is one with a pinchable area of fat. I recommend having a consultation with an expert to determine if you are a good candidate for this procedure. Best of Luck!

To treat with Coolsculpting, you need to have pinchable fat. If you don't have that, you might want to try Vanquish or Sculpsure for that area. These do no require fat to be sucked into a handpiece. I know very slim people doing Vanquish to tone the ab fat. Z Wave will enhance the results if done after Vanquish as well.
