Hello I am about 16% body fat. I can kind of see my abs. I was wondering, if I used coolsculpting on my ab area, could it really "bring out" my ab muscles?

Although it will reduce fat content in stubborn areas it is not generally used for sculpting that can be done with liposculpture. Answer: Making ABS more visible For Cool Sculpting you have to have pinchable fat to reach in to the applicators for treatment. If there isn't enough tissue, the machine applicators won't even proceed to treatment. A photo would be helpful for me to best give you an opinion but an in person consultation with an experienced provider is essential. We have very slim and lean patients all the time but it all depends on the problem area assessment. Best of Luck

If you don't have that, you might want to try Vanquish or Sculpsure for that area. These do no require fat to be sucked into a handpiece. I know very slim people doing Vanquish to tone the ab fat. Z Wave will enhance the results if done after Vanquish as well.
