Is there a way to bring breast closer together naturally or through surgery?

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question its difficult evaluate you if the case dont have a picture, my recommendation is get  a consultation in person with a plastic surgeon to discuss all about theme.

Hi There!Naturally large breasts follow gravity, and when you lay down, they will drift to the armpit. If you want breasts that stay the same shape regardless of position, and you want more pronounced cleavage, breast augmentation and lift will achieve those goals. Regarding moving the breasts closer together, this is very difficult, and I would not advise an attempt.  The nipple/areolar complex tends to be centered over the breast mound, and if you move the base of the breast closer to the midline, the nipple tends to drift outwards in an unnatural way. Every person has a different anatomy, so achieving the same look on everyone is not very feasible. However, there are usually options to make improvements towards the outcome you would like. It's possible to improve the cleavage and lift the breasts at the same time using breast lift / mastopexy techniques.  Depending on the shape, sometimes breast implants can also help.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Breast lift is a great way to reshape your breasts after breastfeeding, weight loss, or the natural aging process.  It is always best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to develop a customized plan that is right for you.  Some women are best served without surgery and just wearing a push-up bra while others will benefit from repositioning of the nipples and some of the breast tissue to create a youthful and pleasing shape.  Best wishes on obtaining the result you desire.

Many of my patients want cleavage, but that requires mobile breast tissue, not tight smaller breasts. Unfortunately the mobile large breasts, naturally fall to the sides when the patients are on their backs. This is normal. The best option to create cleavage is to wear a bra, even at night. Some patients wear sleeping bras or camisoles to hold their breasts into position. However, other patients might want to consider some type of breast lift especially if they have a lot of stretch marks on their breasts. The lifted breasts will still have a natural slope but improved breast shape. Best of luck to you.

Breasts are suppose to move to the side when you lay down. Bras will hold breasts in place or even push them together. Pushed together is not a natural position for breasts and is not done surgically.
