36DD and honestly they’re still pretty perky but they kind of go off to the sides. I’m not concerned with where my nipples are or the size of my breasts, just curious if there is a way to bring them together more. Like for example, if I lay on my back they go towards my arms instead of just laying flat .

Answer: Different Anatomies Every person has a different anatomy, so achieving the same look on everyone is not very feasible. However, there are usually options to make improvements towards the outcome you would like. You should see a board certified surgeon who is specialized in breast aesthetics, and after a physical examination, your options will be more clear. Answer: Bringing breasts closer together It's possible to improve the cleavage and lift the breasts at the same time using breast lift / mastopexy techniques. Depending on the shape, sometimes breast implants can also help. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.
