36DD and honestly they’re still pretty perky but they kind of go off to the sides. I’m not concerned with where my nipples are or the size of my breasts, just curious if there is a way to bring them together more. Like for example, if I lay on my back they go towards my arms instead of just laying flat .

Answer: Breasts Breasts are suppose to move to the side when you lay down. Bras will hold breasts in place or even push them together. Pushed together is not a natural position for breasts and is not done surgically.

Answer: Breast cleavage achieved by The Bellesoma Lift The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lateral breast displacement Hi There!Naturally large breasts follow gravity, and when you lay down, they will drift to the armpit. If you want breasts that stay the same shape regardless of position, and you want more pronounced cleavage, breast augmentation and lift will achieve those goals. Regarding moving the breasts closer together, this is very difficult, and I would not advise an attempt. The nipple/areolar complex tends to be centered over the breast mound, and if you move the base of the breast closer to the midline, the nipple tends to drift outwards in an unnatural way. In any case, a board certified plastic surgeon can help you, and work with you to get a great result. Take care!Matthew C Camp MDMinnetonka Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Different Anatomies Every person has a different anatomy, so achieving the same look on everyone is not very feasible. However, there are usually options to make improvements towards the outcome you would like. You should see a board certified surgeon who is specialized in breast aesthetics, and after a physical examination, your options will be more clear.
