My breast are 32H, and sag drastically. I want to have a breast lift, but I’m TERRIFIED of it going wrong, or severe scarring. I also want to have another child some day, and would like to breastfeed. I hate them. Hate hate hate. They used to sit up high with NO creasing before my son. And now this.. my confidence is below broken. I so desperately want to to do this. But I’m afraid. Should I do this? And what are my options? What about the stretch marks on my boobs? Will they buckle?
Answer: Breasts Your best procedure is a lift or even a small reduction. However, with another child, you still might gain in size and then sag. It would be best to wait until you have had all the children you want, and then have the lift. Micro-needling with radiofrequency could help the stretch marks now.

Answer: Scared of surgery. Unfortunately, being scared is one of the bad things about having surgery. One of. It's actually a long long list! Cost, downtime, scars, possibility of complications etc etc. The good things list is much shorter, but for someone who 'hate hate hates' their breasts, it's in a very big font! All of the surgeons who have answered your question agree 'you are a good candidate'...which in surgeon speak means we expect you'll get a technically good result. But you still need to decide for yourself. My advice would be to write a list of good and bad things about going ahead with surgery, and make a considered decision...and if you decide not to go ahead, or not to go ahead just now, then you need to agree to stop hating on your breasts and get on with life! I think it's ok to decide to have surgery, and it's ok to decide to not have surgery *and* to stop worrying about your breasts. It's really not Ok and a waste of mental energy and time if you either fail to make a definite decision, or you decide against improving a fixable problem and continue to let it 'ruin' your life. Cheers, Mark.

Answer: The Bellesoma Breast Lift is best Young women are terrified of breast lifts because of the ugly vertical scars, nipple numbness and the inability to breast feed. For that reason, a new technique was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast Lift You appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast Lift which woul correct the droop, reshape the breasts, make them look perky again, and decrease the size of the areola which all-in-all wI'll restore your breasts to close to their pre-pregnancy appearance. The trade-off for the better shape and overall appearance are the scars, but these scars usually fade out quite well over time.Breast Lifts are very popular procedures and have an extremely high patient satisfaction rate in spite of the scars. Please seek real plastic surgeons experienced in cosmetic breast surgery and consult with more than one surgeon for their opinion.Thank you.
