I'm 30 yrs at 5'3 with a weight of 100-105 lbs. I'd like to enhance my butt and I'm not looking for anything too crazy. I definitely don't want that giant bubble butt, but at least something to make it perkier and a bit fuller. I'd like to stay proportionate and I'm against implants. The second goal that I suppose goes hand in hand with the butt is contouring my waist for that more "cinched" look. Is any of this even possible? Would my only hope be butt implants? Thank you, Kristina
Answer: Lipo + BBL Candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: BBL candidate Dear tinakins, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it doesn't look like you don't have a lot of extra fat. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL on leaner frame? I'm 30 yrs at 5'3 with a weight of 100-105 lbs. (photos) There are a lot of women who can get nice results from the BBL despite thinking that there is not enough fat. Maximal fat must be harvested without creating any contour deformities. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified PS who specializes in thin patients to determine if you are a candidate.

Answer: BBL Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you do have a small amount of available fat to be transferred into your buttocks. You may be looking at 200 - 400 cc of available fat into each cheek. I don’t believe you can harvest any more than that. The areas of harvest would include your lower belly, flanks and medial thighs. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who is also a member of the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgeons. Best of luck with your procedure.

Answer: BBL in thin patients At 100 pounds even at 5‘3“ the potential change from body contouring is going to be very minor. to harvest enough fat for any potential change from fat transfer such as the BBL procedure you will need liposuction of your entire body. This means your entire torso, arms and thighs. In the end your body will look more or less the same but you will end up with 10 to 15 scars from all the liposuction and potential deformities if Liposuction is not done by someone who is very talented. It simply doesn’t justify doing the procedure. It’s a lot of surgery to go through for very little change. If you’re fat layer is 1/4 inch thick and half the fat is removed you will have a body change that is 1/8 of an inch. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
