I found out that my doctor has a limit of 700 cc in each cheek after I paid the surgery in full. If I cancel I won’t get half of that back. I wish I knew this before because after doing some research I hear a lot of females get about 1000 cc or more. I was wondering will that be a noticeable difference being that not all the fat last? He also didn’t say he would put 700 cc only that was his limit. I’m kind of sad finding this out now. What do u guys think? I’m 5’5 and weigh 145. Thanks guys!
Answer: BBL candidate Dear Calm573013, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: My lipo and BBL is in 2 weeks. Doctor said he has a limit of 700 cc in each cheek. Will that be enough? (photos) In almost all but the thinnest patients I can transfer at least 1200 cc per buttock and usually 1500 cc per buttock. You will find that the results are very much surgeon dependent. Transferring 700cc to each buttock will give you a noticeable but conservative difference. Be sure to follow your PS's post operative protocol to guarantee the best results.

Answer: My lipo and BBL is in 2 weeks. Doctor said he has a limit of 700 cc in each cheek. Will that be enough? (photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Fat transfer volume-BBL Every surgeon has their technique and limits. 700cc's / cheek may be adequate in many patients, but others easily accept or require more volume to get the results they desire. Don't throw away your excess fat. You cannot get it back or store it. Dr T

Answer: BBL volume Hello and thank you for the question and photos. The amount of fat transferred depends on how much you are starting with, the size of your butt and the degree of loose skin available. I would argue against setting a somewhat arbitrary number of cc's you can have injected. Looking at your photos, it would seem that 700cc is a conservative number. It's possible your doctor is being careful to give you a lower number just in case he is unable to put more. However, it's a pretty common policy for most doctors to under promise and over deliver. Tends to make a happier patient. I would suggest having a heart to heart discussion and make sure your desires are known. It's best to put everything on the table before you go into surgery. Best to you.
