From what I'm understanding, the "fluffing" stage is when the skin finally has stretched the meet the capacity needs of the new fat- which actually makes it look slightly larger/fuller and rounder as opposed to stiff and blocky. But what I'm also understanding is that a good portion of the fat grafted is also lost due to resorption- does that mean that the result is off-set a little and that the visible shrinkage might be far less than what we expect to see shrink?
