I had a secondary breast revision because I wanted my breast smaller and perkier like I had explained the first time. Now my right breast is noticeably larger than my left and my left still hasn’t dropped. I was a 32DDD before my first surgery and wanted to be closer to a C or D I am now roughly a large D my previous implants were 290cc low profile silicone and my new implants are 240 moderate profile silicone. I am so sad I really don’t know what to do it is so noticeable.
Answer: Second revision Dear Upnorth20, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Surgery Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. You might consider no implants and just another lift to put you into a C cup. To go down one cup size, we usually drop 150 cc's, and you only dropped 50 cc's.. The smallest implant is 150 cc's.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Your implants are large and low on the chest wall. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Plastic surgery outcomes To an assessment of any plastic surgery outcome with generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you’ve had more than one operation, then we should ideally look at before and after pictures for each of your previous procedures. In order to assess and understand your outcome we need to know where you started. If you don’t have complete sets of proper before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Your post does not describe what your initial procedure was? Did you have a breast reduction with augmentation? If that’s the case, then recognize that that is a very complex procedure and expectations should be dialed in accordingly. Your outcome looks fairly typical and I don’t see any major issues. You’re right breast looks larger in both pictures, though it does appear to be slightly larger in the second picture. If you’re unhappy with your outcome, you need to discuss that with your provider. I’m not sure what you want us to do for you. I suggest giving yourself 3 to 6 months to make sure all the swelling and healing has subsided and then you can discuss your outcome with your provider. If you feel like you’re not getting the care you need from your provider then I suggest scheduling a few in person. Second opinion consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
