Question

I have 500 cc silicone implants. The right implant has a corner at the top instead of it being round like it should be-is this something that can be manipulated, or does this mean another surgery?

500 cc implants are large and weigh over 1 lb. each. It looks like the breasts are touching in the midline. You would be better off with smaller implants and that will take care of the fullness and that area can also be plicated.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Manipulation will not be helpful. You have thinned and stretched your own tissue with such large implants, that your tissue in this spot is very thin and letting the implant poke through. The best things is to repair that area with mesh and go smaller. Avoid any type of push up bra, like you are wearing, for this may make it worse.

We usually do not assess breast augmentation with patients wearing a bra.
It is somewhat unusual for the implant to be palpable at the upper aspects of the breast.
I’m guessing your implant was not placed subpectorally (under the muscle). 
I don’t think there’s anyway to change your outcome without doing revision surgery.
If the outcome bothers you enough that you’re willing to have revision surgery, then follow up with your provider.
