Alarplasty revision needed. How should I proceed?

Many times, the procedure needs to be repeated with careful attention to approximating the edges without tension and creating good eversion of the skin. These two things help to reduce the likelihood of unsightly scars. If the nostrils are too small, then expansion grafts may be needed.
