Alarplasty revision needed. How should I proceed?

RachelGirard
I will not use the word botched but I desperately need help.the dr took too much out of the floor of my right nostril causing complete separation and start to create a ridge down to my lip from the tension.as you can see it's very hollowed out compared to brother nostril. On my left nostril he took too much off the middle part of my nostril leaving behind scar tissue from an earlier revision which is the only thing I had asked him to do. now I am left with a short nostril and more scar tissue
