100 pound weight loss - what will help my neck and lower face? (Photos)

A few yrs ago I Iost 100 lbs. My skin does look bad but i had a couple things done that medicare covered due to rashes. My neck and lower face looks horrible and its keeps me in therapy due to loww self esteem now. Even with the weight loss. What is the best thing I can do? I dont know that I can Afford it though.

The loose skin will best be treated with a face and neck lift. If you have financial difficulties you may find that your local otolaryngology department at a medical school may have a facial plastic surgery fellow who can do the procedure for lower cost.
