You should be at a stable and comfortable weight that you are happy with at the time of your BBL. Consult with a few more surgeons to be sure of your decision and ideal weight.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
It is a bit difficult to comment, but, if you are happy with your current weight, it may be reasonable to keep it. Find a BBL expert who performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Right now your BMI is 36 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and the best options for you.Good luck :)
I think Tommy Tuck, liposuction of the back and flanks and BBL do not need to lose weight for duty. With the procedures that i mentioned would stay with very good body.Dr. Marte.
Stable weight is what is often most important for BBL. Although an ideal weight would always be better i do not think it would negatively impact safety or your results to proceed at your current weight. All the best,Dr Remus Repta

You can use dermal filler or fat grafting to fill in the defect in buttock region. If you are looking for a non-surgical option, I would consider Sculptra. This would be the ideal product for someone who does not have a lot of donor fat, and wants a moderate augmentation. Sculptra may...
Thank you for your question. My patients use the boppy/booty pillow for 2-3 weeks. Sit upright when going to the bathroom. I would not recommend you sit for prolonged periods of time for at least 2 weeks after the procedure. Review with your Surgeons your post op instructions and follow his...
I prefer IV Sedation over General in most cases, including multiple procedure makeovers. The use of IV Sedation offers several advantages including less nausea, quicker recovery immediately following surgery, and a reduced risk of pulmonary embolism.Be sure your board certified plastic...
Each patient is different and some patients simply can't handle too much fat. If you inject more than a buttock can handle then it's like overfilling a cup... it just gets wasted. For fat to survive, it must be injected into good healthy fat or muscle that has good blood supply....
