Is there anything that can be done about my asymmetrical eyes? (photo)

It appears you have vertical eye orbit asymmetry where one eye orbit is higher than other. Unfortunately it is not possible to correct that but some improvement may be possible.

You have a slight facial asymmetry.  We all do.  What is different about you is that it bothers you.  The question is how much does it bother you.  Since surgery for asymmetric faces is not good enough to help you, it makes much more sense to focus on how impaired you are about your feelings.  The vast majority of human beings you interact with would never notice your asymmetry.  It you hare spending hours a day thinking about this issue, avoid social situations or work because of concerns about your appearance, that would not be normal.  The treatment is working with a psychologist or psychiatrist on your feeling. They will determine if you have body dysmorphic disorder.  There is effective treatment with cognitive behavioral therapy.

I see what is bothering you. It is from an assymetrical bony development of your face. I would go see dr Arlen deny or dr John Jensen at the medical college of Wisconsin. They are both excellent craniofacial surgeons and will be able to provide you options based off of your bony structure and wishes.

Worsening asymmetry that is bothersome to you requires a history and physical examination by an experienced Oculoplastic/ Orbital surgeon. The orbital structures may be pushed up or they may drop down with sinus issues or other problems - you won't know the cause or what can be done if you don't have this checked out by an expert.
