10.5 months post-op from my Rhinoplasty revision and I'm still having difficulty breathing & don't like the appearance. (photo)

First, a septoplasty left me with a perforation. My next surgery, which failed, was to close the perforation with an oral mucosa flap. There is still a huge opening at the top of my mouth which air flows. Also, I still feel it tugging. Last, I returned to see the surgeon and was advised that my nasal valve collapsed. I'm starting to think this surgery turned out to be a failure as well...as my breathing has gotten progressively worse and I think my nose looks weird. Do I need a revision?
