Hi, I had a habit of pressing down on the bridge of my nose hard. It was the only thing I could think to do to get rid of the bump since I was opposed to surgery. I NEVER previously had breathing problems, and a few months after my habit of pushing it is VERY hard to breathe out of my nose and my nostrils collapse when I do. Honestly, I am quite sure I caused this even though my doctor said I didn't break my nose. Why do I have breathing issues? Could I have flattened the hump?
