Yes, this is the classic definition of a "polly beak" deformity. You could also have thick skin, but that did not cause this appearance. Your dorsum may have been reduced out of proportion with the supratip area, the dorsum may have been "perfect" surgically, and scar tissue in the supratip area has given this appearance, or the graft may have shifted out of position superiorly. Or a combination of all of these. Steroid injections only help scar tissue to soften and flatten out, but will not "fix" displaced grafts or "melt" residual cartilage.I believe additional consultation with experienced rhinoplasty revision surgeons will help you determine if the course set by your own surgeon is right for you. It appears that you do have a poly beak, but I would need to feel the tissue to be certain. I would need better photographs to determine whether your dorsum is too low above this or not. After you see your surgeon get a second opinion from a very experienced rhinoplasty  revision specialist.

Yes, you have a polybeak deformity. It is quite early in your recovery and swelling above your tip could be to blame for this appearance and it might improve with some time. I am more concerned about the appearance of the upper portion of the nose. The bridge looks too low. This might have been present before your surgery but might also be caused by too much bone and cartilage being removed during surgery. Posting some photos from before your surgery would be helpful.
