What are my options to improve the appearance of my narrow alarplasty results? (photos)

I know alarplasty is not reversible but is there a way to improve it? My nose became so narrow and I am not happy with it. Please advise anything what I could possibly do to improve it, widen it. Thank you

This is common to some extent after rhinoplasty surgery and maybe related to swelling or some uneven healing due to scar tissue. This can be treated with non-surgical treatments before thinking about more surgery. Your surgeon should be able to give you advice on the best way forward.

There are various approaches to alar narrowing. In cases where not much narrowing is needed, I sometimes use a "cinching" suture without any excisions at all. Also, there are just wedge excisions of the alar walls which reduce the flare but do not narrow the nostril base. And of course, there...

It's difficult to project what you would consider as a "perfect" endpoint. You do have a tad amount of excess nostril show, but I don't think that narrowing the nostrils via an alarplasty is the answer. I would suggest lowering the nostril rims slightly, and maybe even adding rims grafts...
