What's the best under eye mole removal procedure for minimal scarring? (Photos)

I have had the pictured mole since the age of 3. It has grown a little larger as I have aged. The mole is slightly raised and is apparent under makeup. I am seeking removal with minimal scarring. Could you please advise the best procedure. Many Thanks.

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Hello, hope you are well. The best option would be excision under local anesthesia. Lower eyelid skin heals exceptionally well, and any scar would be inconspicuous. Laser removal is generally not recommended for raised lesions, not to mention the proximity to your eye posing some addition risk.

Hello, I’d suggest ablative removal with Jett Plasma.
Like you’ve said there is unfortunately always risk of scarring ect. 
To help avoid this I’d suggest a topical silicone gel like stratamed to ensure a healthy heaving environment.
