Why do I keep growing new moles overnight and how do I remove them? (Photo)

Hi, I keep getting new moles reappearing all over my stomach and I don’t know how they are forming so quickly but it’s making me very self-conscious. How do I remove this with very little scar? I have a lot. Does laser help?
