I picked a mole off around the time my grandmother died, I had Covid and my job was out to fire me…I’m not sure how long I had the mole but I locked in on it around that time. I do suffer from health anxiety. I asked 3 doctors to look at it and they all said it was normal mole but I was so stressed about and I just picked it off! Ever since I’ve been dwelling on if it was melanoma! A dermatologist look at the area skin last year w/ a dermoscope but I just can’t get over it…did the mole look odd?
