Properly placed filler can really help change the shape of your face. You should look for an experienced physician injector in your area. These fillers normally last 6 to 18 months. We utilize a radio frequency (RF) device called Pelleve for skin tightening. There are other bulk heating devices available. Pelleve uses the RF power in a wand to gently raise the skin temperature to 41-44 degrees C for 3 to 5 minutes. It feels like a warm rock massage. The treatment causes your existing collagen to collapse. This triggers your body to produce additional collagen to correct the slight damage. We recommend a series of treatments based on your age and skin laxity. It takes 90 to 120 days to start seeing the collagen building effects.
