Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thanks for asking your question and posting pictures.  After a personal consultation, we would probably recommend options of filler and / or RF skin tightening.  Properly placed filler can really help change the shape of your face.  You should look for an experienced physician injector in your area.  These fillers normally last 6 to 18 months.  We utilize a radio frequency (RF) device called Pelleve for skin tightening.  There are other bulk heating devices available.  Pelleve uses the RF power in a wand to gently raise the skin temperature to 41-44 degrees C for 3 to 5 minutes.  It feels like a warm rock massage.  The treatment causes your existing collagen to collapse.  This triggers your body to produce additional collagen to correct the slight damage.  We recommend a series of treatments based on your age and skin laxity.  It takes 90 to 120 days to start seeing the collagen building effects.
