Is it safe for me to have Triniti laser treatment?

I had the facial contouring/ sculpture surgery done and the doctor had placed small metal inside my face ,Therefor I know I can't have thermage laser treatment because of the radiofranqency but how about Triniti laser treatment? Will that be safe for me? 42yrs old has brown spots and hoping to have laser treatment to help to tighing the skin.

I am not totally certain of the specific device you are referring to. There is a Trinity device by NuFace, but I am not familiar with it and cannot comment on its efficacy. It appears to be a microcurrent device. 
For tightening the skin and brown spot removal, there are many options, including a fractional CO2 laser such as the Phoenix laser by Rohrer Aesthetics, which is a great device. There are also Erbium:Yag resurfacing lasers that can achieve similar results, particularly the Spectrum by Rohrer.  I recommend consulting with a surgeon specializing in facial aesthetics and laser treatments for a facial exam and to discuss all of your treatment options.
