Red tip of nose 3 months into rhinoplasty

add. to my last post . : my skin on tip and supra tip is often a little bit red but not always. Plus on the supratip seems to have a little scar tissue developed has slight bumps are underneith.I do have pain and sensation and raw flesh under tip So is that an infection and if so what can be done . Can i just take inflamatrayanti inflammatory tablets , or better Antibiotics ( is it bacterial ) or an injection ??Mornings miens is swollen
