Crooked nose 3 months after rhino/septoplasty. Is it swelling? (Photo)

Hello,Unfortunately it does not look like swelling, but instead persistent septal curvature causing bridge and tip deflection. It will not correct it self. I do not recommend filler, it will make you nose look straighter, but too bulky. I would wait the prescribed period and get a revision with a revision rhinoplasty specialist. Best of luck.

Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with 3 months after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Only 2 options: Revision surgery at 6 to 9 months postop. Or a non surgical rhinoplasty with HA fillers now.

Nasal tip asymmetry after rhinoplasty can result following rhinoplasty; after three months, it is unlikely that your tip will move back to the center; you can consider a nasal tip rhinoplasty under local to save you some money.

Dear giannatay10, While you are still early on in the recovery phase and swelling is still present which will dissipate over the coming months this will unlikely correct itself. It appears that you may need some slight revision to the cartilages on your tip to correct your asymmetry. Speak with your surgeon regarding your concerns. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
