Is it possible to make my cleft chin more prominent/visible through surgery?

I can only see that i have a cleft chin in certain lighting. Any way to make it show more? Don't want a fake cleft or dimple(if that's even a thing), only to enhance what i already have, and make it visible in all lighting.

Your slight chin cleft can be enhanced. If done intraorally it will be slightly enhanced. If done from an external skin approach it can be dramatically deepened.

Your chin cleft can be exaggerated by removing some
tissue  associated with the cleft. Some
suture fixation may be also needed.

Thank you for posting your question. Yes.....you can create a chin cleft or enhance a pre-existing cleft in the chin with a minor surgical procedure. I typically perform these procedures here in the office under local anesthetic. Downtime is minimal. Locate a Plastic Surgeon, Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in your area with experience in these procedures. Good luck.

"cleft' chin appearances can be enhanced or reduced in several ways. Both soft tissue and bone changes can alter the contour of a 'dip' in the chin contour; including fillers, bone recontouring, muscle procedures etc. Consult a surgeon for better understanding.
