With an established and stable occlusion, only a sliding genioplasty bone surgery can be considered at this point for improvement of you recessed chin. Your chin deficiency in profile is well within the limits of what a sliding genioplasty can well correct.

To vertically shorten your chin and make it less round, an intraoral vertical chin reduction osteotomy would accomplish that very nicely and without any external scar. This is a chin bone issue and thus the chin bone itself must be altered to make this change.
