Fixing my "witch's chin"? As well as possible rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

What kind of procedure should I get to fix my protruding chin? I am very self conscious of my side profile, because of it. I would also like to soften up my nose. It's very straight. I would like for it to curve inwards a little more and for the tip to be a little flatter/smaller. I have had braces and wore rubber bands to correct an underbite.

any reduction of your chin must be so minimal or excess soft tissue may cause chin droop, even drop of the lower lips ability to cover as much lower teeth. An incision inside the mouth would be needed to Minimally reduce some to the protrusion of your chin. A protruding chin like yours has both bone and soft tissue excess. Your chin reduction is best done from a submental approach to remove both excessive bone and the excessive chin pad soft tissue that will result. A chin reduction can be combined with a rhinoplasty during the same procedure.
