In my opinion i would limit carbonated drinks for the 1st two weeks especially if they leave you very gassy. You should though drink plenty of fluids in general. Talk with your board certified plastic surgeon.
Post Op you should aim to keep your fluids up by drinking plenty of water, however a small amount of carbonated drinks in moderation should be okay.
